Where We Fit

Safety that fits how you actually work

We're a NEBOSH-certified health & safety practitioner giving small and medium, lower-risk businesses the practical support they're legally required to have but often can't justify hiring in-house for. If your risks are specialist or high-hazard, we'll tell you straight and point you to the right expert rather than pretend otherwise. That honesty is the whole point. And where your risk is up high, on roofs, gutters or facades, we can take it off the table entirely, surveying from the air so nobody has to go near an edge.

How We Help

Keeping you compliant, step by step

Your competent person

UK law requires every business to appoint a competent person for health & safety (Regulation 7). For lower-risk small and medium businesses, we can be that person: on hand for advice without the cost of a full-time hire.

Risk assessments & RAMS

Clear, practical risk assessments and method statements for your tasks and premises, written in plain English so your team will actually use them.

Health & safety policy

Employ five or more people and you must have a written H&S policy. We'll write yours from scratch or refresh what you have so it matches how you really operate.

Inspections & audits

A qualified, fresh pair of eyes over your workplace to find the hazards and gaps before an inspector, or an accident, does.

Accident & near-miss investigation

When something goes wrong, we help you get to the root cause and put controls in place so it doesn't happen again, with the records to prove it.

Ongoing support

Through Health & Safety Cover, scheduled reviews and up-to-date documentation keep compliance a steady routine, not a last-minute scramble.

How It Works

Getting started is simple

1

A free, no-obligation chat

Tell us about your business, your premises and what's worrying you. We'll listen and tell you honestly where you stand, no jargon and no hard sell.

2

We find the gaps and prioritise

We look at what's in place and what isn't, work out what the law expects of a business like yours, and set it out in plain English, in priority order, so you spend only where it's needed.

3

We put it right, and keep it there

Risk assessments, policy, RAMS, inspections, whatever the job needs, delivered and documented. If you want, we keep it current through Health & Safety Cover.

Sitesafe acts as your named contact for the year, reviewing your documentation before renewal so nothing quietly goes out of date. Note: this service assists you in meeting your legal duty to appoint a competent person; responsibility for health & safety compliance remains with your business at all times.

Straight About Limits

We tell you what we can't do, too

Being competent means knowing where competence ends. For specialist, high-hazard areas, complex fire risk assessments, COSHH-heavy manufacturing, or CDM duties on construction projects, we'll say so plainly and help you find the right specialist. You'll always know exactly where you stand.

Let's Get You Compliant

Tell us about your business and we'll come back with honest, practical next steps, no jargon and no obligation.
